Ever notice how every kid around twenty suddenly wants to start a clothing brand?
I was one of them too. It always seemed like a cool idea, but I never took it seriously. It lived in my head as a small passing thought.
Now my brother has reached that age and guess what, he has the same thought. So we started a small brainstorm session just to see where it would lead us.
I showed him an old brand name and logo I once created: RED CARD C. F. We both felt that our concept and this idea fit together perfectly.
We are both people who never really fit the system. So instead of seeing the red card as something negative. We decided to embrace the rebellious element of it. We wanted to take a negative moment in a game and turn it into our strength.
The concept feels right and it makes us excited every time we talk about it. For now it is a slow and casual passion project, which actually feels perfect. No pressure. Just fun.
